We are so very pleased with our new retirement home. The complete building process was a pleasure throughout. The fact that you encouraged jobsite visits throughout the building process was greatly appreciated.
Most importantly was the attention to detail. Often we were asked what our preferences would be for what many would consider minor details. Small changes were made without hesitation or additional cost. Where additional costs were warranted, they were reasonable and extremely fair. Some of our friends have already toured our new home. Without exception, each has commented on the high quality of finish such as the ceiling design, crown mouldings, multitude of electrical outlets, closet space, etc. To keep within our budget, we chose to a large extent the standard "package" and consider we received substantial value for our investment. If any of your potential buyers would like to see our house or discuss with us our buying experience, they would be more than welcome to ring our doorbell at any time. No appointment required! The entire process from start to finish has been nothing less than enjoyable. Unlike larger, more corporate builders, Mr. Al Cerrone was always available, always on site and always very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. At any given time we would show up unannounced at the site and Steve Cerrone was always there and greeted us with a smile that made us feel more like a member of the family than just another client! He was always happy to walk us through the home and even took the time to inform us of what was scheduled in the coming days and encouraged us to stop in and see the progress. His attention to the "little details" really shines through in the finished product.
It's always nice to see a family business take such pride in what they are doing and have the ability to turn what most people fear to be a stressful time into a truly pleasurable experience! |

I have been a practicing real estate attorney for the last 41 years and have represented both small builders and large developers. In recent years, I have represented the Cerrone family and have closed in excess of 150 homes for them. I must say that these closings are the smoothest and most organized closings. Having met with each of their customers, I can personally attest to the fact that their customers are satisfied customers.
They build friendships, as much as residences. If you purchase a home from them, you will see them on a constant basis on the jobsite working and checking the performance of each of the participants in your project. Amazingly, I do not know of closing table arguments or any post-closing disputes with any purchaser. I have not seen frustrated and unhappy customers.
